We’re at 10770 Montgomery Road — Suite B, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 (Elevate Montgomery). Stop in for in-store shopping or to pick up an online order.

What are your store hours?

Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Pickup windows follow store hours with a short buffer after open and before close so orders can be prepped cleanly.

Do I need an ID to shop?

Yes. You must be 21+ with a valid photo ID for in-store shopping and pickup. Please bring ID every visit.

Can I shop in store without ordering online?

Absolutely. Walk in anytime during open hours to browse flower, edibles, disposables, and more. Staff can help you pick something that fits your vibe.

How does in-store pickup work?

Shop and pay online, then choose pickup at checkout. Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes during pickup hours. Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID (21+) when you arrive at Elevate Montgomery.

Yes — we deliver to select Greater Cincinnati zip codes. Coverage and fees are confirmed at checkout.

Can I pick up if I’m coming from Kenwood or Indian Hill?

Yes. Order online and pick up at Elevate on Montgomery Road—most orders are ready in about 30 minutes during store hours. Bring a valid photo ID (21+).

Do you ship products?

Yes. We ship where products are legal to ship, typically within about 24 hours. Free shipping on orders $65+. We only ship to adults 21+ and pack discretely.

What kinds of products do you carry?

Curated plant products including flower, edibles, disposables, carts, pre-rolls, seltzers, concentrates, and more. Selection rotates — especially flower — so check back often or ask in store what’s fresh this week.

How often does your flower selection change?

Often. We rotate curated drops so inventory stays fresh. Follow the homepage flower section or ask staff for what’s in rotation this week.
